Nesta segunda-feira (17), foram revelados os indicados ao The Game Awards 2025, a maior premiação da indústria dos games. Apresentada por Geoff Keighley, a cerimônia será realizada no dia 11 de dezembro, em Los Angeles, nos Estados Undos, e irá celebrar os títulos que mais marcaram o ano, com destaque para uma tendência clara: o domínio dos jogos independentes.
O "Ano dos Indies"
Em 2025, o cenário indie assumiu o protagonismo. Jogos independentes, os chamados 'indies', são projetos desenvolvidos por equipes pequenas ou estúdios que operam sem o apoio direto de grandes publicadoras. Geralmente, trazem mais liberdade criativa, estilos artísticos diferenciados e mecânicas inovadoras.
Neste ano, eles não só apareceram, como tomaram de assalto as principais categorias. Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 lidera com 12 indicações, enquanto Hollow Knight: Silksong, Hades II, Blue Prince e Split Fiction também figuram em múltiplas categorias, incluindo as mais prestigiadas.
